New Ladies Beginners & Back to Running courses for 2023

Our 2023 Ladies Beginners Course starts on Saturday 11th February at Rugby Athletic Track. The course is aimed at absolute beginners and offers a friendly and supportive environment to help ladies gradually build to running from 0 – 5K over 15 weeks.
