Our mixed couch to 5k course is aimed at absolute beginners, building gradually from 0-5km over 15 weeks. It’s also suitable for those who are returning to running and would like the support of a group. 

Sessions take place Saturdays and repeated on Wednesday and are open to ages 18 and above. The venue is the athletics track at Bruce Williams Way, Rugby.
