Ladies Beginners & Back to Running Courses starting soon

Our 2022 Ladies Beginners Course starts on Saturday 5th February at Rugby Athletics Track. The course is aimed at absolute beginners and offers a friendly and supportive environment to help ladies gradually build to running from 0 – 5K over 15 weeks.
