We will be running a new 16 week men’s Get Running 0-5k group starting on 16th March 2019. The course, led by experienced running group leaders, will be held at the track in Rugby, and will comprise sessions from 9am to 10am on Saturday mornings and on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30pm. No experience is necessary, the course will take participants towards the 5k goal in easy stages. For more details please click here
