Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Club’s Annual General Meeting will be held at 19:30 on Monday 18 March 2019 in the Albany Suite at the Holiday Inn Rugby-Northampton M1, Jct.18, Crick, Northants, NN6 7XR.
The preliminary agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Apologies for absence
2. Minutes of previous AGM– held on 12 March 2018
3. Chairman’s report on activities and achievements in 2018
4. Treasurer’s report and statement of accounts for 2018
5. Election of Honorary Officers: Chairperson, Vice-chairperson and Honorary Secretary
6. Election of Ordinary Members of Club Committee. There a total of 10 places, divided equally between Rugby (5) and Northampton (5).
7. Subscriptions for 2019-2020
8. Appointment of Honorary Auditor
9. Election of Honorary Member
10. Other Business
