- Tuesday 20 May: EMGP Banbury 5 – online entries
- Tuesday 3 June: EMGP Harborough 5
- Tuesday 17 June: EMGP Weedon 10k – online entries
- Wednesday 25 June: EMGP Corby 5
- Tuesday 1 July: EMGP Milton Keynes 10k – online entries
- Wednesday 9 July: EMGP Rugby 6
