This year the league will consist of 3 matches and in order to minimise travel we will be competing against Coventry, Leamington, Stratford & Nuneaton
This year we are competing in a regionalised league, there will be no promotion or relegation

Ladies Running Group course aimed at ladies who can already run for 10 minutes, gradually building to 5K in 9 weeks.
