R&NAC Rugby Summer Graded Open Series –31st  May, 2016

 

We are holding our first Evening Open next week on TUESDAY 31^st May. The aim of these Opens is local competition for everyone to ensure you all put your training to good use and get competition experience, as many times and distances as possible and to try new events.   We do expect members to participate if they are around.   This is a great way to try events in a low-key atmosphere.

 

There will be NO training that evening at Rugby or WEDNESDAY 1^st June for U11, U13 or U15 Groups as we want you to compete!   Just turn up from 5pm and register on the night!
