It is some time since it was announced that we would be vacating the track at Sixfields and that the intention was to move into a brand new facility at Moulton College in 2015. After a number of months of consultation and negotiation the plans are now finalised and ready to go to Daventry District Council for planning approval. We have worked closely with Northampton Borough Council to ensure that we get the best possible facilities for our members and that we are involved in all stages of the project.
As a result of our contribution, the Borough Council have agreed to organise a drop in session to allow our members to view the plans for the new facility and meet several of the stakeholders involved in the project. This will take place at Northampton Guildhall, in the Great Hall, on Wednesday 28th May between 5pm and 7pm and present will be David Mackintosh, Leader of the Borough Council, Steve Boyes, Director of Regeneration, Enterprise and Planning and Steve Davies, Principal of Moulton College.
