The Highlight of the Cross Country season with races for all age groups from U13 upwards. This year it's being held on a fabulous new course at Harewood House, Knaresborough, nr Leeds
The final major event of the Cross-Country season. Selection is based upon performances in the County Cross Country Championships in 5th January. It is also the final race of the UKA Cross-Challenge series. The course at Prestwold Hall is challenging and can be very muddy if there has been a lot of rain.
