Richard Latimer led home Rugby & Northampton AC in the Blisworth 5 miles when he finished in 12^th place with a time of 28:15. In the third race of the East Midlands Grand Prix Series Latimer was 18 seconds ahead of club mate Daniel Mould who clinched 16^th spot

Paul Birch took victory in the M40 category with 29:26 for 25^th overall and Brendan Moen followed in 28^th with 29:38 to finish fourth M45.

This quartet achieved 2^nd place in the Senior Mens team competition and the Veterans did likewise with Nigel Roberts recording 30:51 (M45 8^th ) and Alan Mould 34:31 (M55 6^th ) closing out the team.

New member Thomas Bryans ran well to record 33:42 in 105^th position.

Lorna Latimer made it a family R&N double by leading home the Ladies in 10^th spot. Richard’s wife being timed at 35:13.

Veterans made up the rest of the Ladies team with Judith Rose in 27^th overall for 6^th F40 on 38:11 and Helen Jones with 38:28 for 7^th F45 and 32^nd in the race.

Valerie Cross was 2^nd in the F65 category with 55:12.

The Senior Women finished 5^th with the Veterans in 9^th.
