We are pleased to announce the formation of a Men’s Running Group that will start life in the form of a 16 week beginners group on Saturday 5th April. We hope to emulate the success of the Ladies Running Group and move on in time to also having an intermediate group and providing a route for men to compete for the club at senior and masters level.
Under the experienced guidance of John Gercs our Men’s Running Coaches Neil Harper and Lawrence Scott you will go from 0 to 5K in 16 weeks. Training takes place at the Rugby Track at 10.00am on Saturdays and at 6.30pm alternate Tuesdays and Thursdays in the park adjacent to the track – all for the staggering good value of £25.00.
