To register, you simply need to fill in this google form to register. Once registered, you can do whichever events you wish – you can simply decide on the day BUT YOU MUST REGISTER BEFORE THE DAY

600pm – hurdles U13 upwards
630pm – 75m – U11 and U13 only
645pm – 100m – U15 upwards
700pm – 800m – U11 upwards
720pm – 300m – U15 upwards
730pm – 150m – U11 and U13 only
745 pm – 200m U15 upwards
FIELD
545pm – hammer U13 upwards
615pm – long jump U11 upwards
645pm – javelin U13 upwards
715pm – high jump u13 upwards
