Coaches\nwill learn: \n* How to conduct a series of Movement Screening exercises\n* How to assess hamstring flexibility\, ankle mobility and upper\nspine mobility\n* Appropriate interventions to address physical limitations\n* How to use self-myofascial release\n* How to use foam rollers and other tools \nAdditional practical activities will explore: \n* Hurdle mobility drills\n* Strength pattern progressions (such as squats\, Bulgarian squats\,\nRomanian deadlifts\, hip thrusts and more)\n* Varying load using strength bands\, medicine balls and powerbags \nThis is relevant for ALL coaches working with novices through to elite\nathletes and from sprint and power events through to marathon runners. \nClosing date to register 4th March
