Men’s Running Group

 start your running journey with us. Whether you wish to complete
your first 5K or dream of running a marathon, we can help you.
Whatever your current running ability or age, we can individually motivate you as part of our
successful Men’s Running Group.
Event details and schedule
Course Details
2 sessions per week
 Saturday 9.30am
 Thursday 6.30pm
Cost: £30 for 12 week course.
Training schedules, injury and nutrition advice included in the course.
Progress from 0-5K and onto 10K, Half Marathon and Marathon – whatever your personal
goals are or just run for fun and to keep fit.
Suitable for all ages, fitness and current running ability. Complete beginners welcome.
