Ladies Running Group Beginners Course

Ladies Beginners Running Group – start your running journey with us. Whatever your current running ability or age, we can individually motivate you as part of our successful Ladies Running Group.
New Beginners Course
Start date : Saturday 30th January – 16 week course with 3 sessions per week included in course fee:
· Saturday 10.00am
· Monday 6.30pm
· Thursday 6.30pm
Coached by experienced female coaches who will take you from 0-5K over 16 weeks.
Venue: Rugby Athletics Track
